I’m taking it slower today.
No more panic-pressure.
Down-regulate the overheated mind.
I’m feeling the toll of last week’s intensity.
Training, caring, working
Training, caring, working
Training, caring, working
All done in full-on assault mode.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise I feel fatigued & edgy.
It might sound like a strange tactic to slow down so close to a finish line (or rather checkpoint in a greater scheme of happenings), but that’s exactly what I need.
Relax.
That being said, I will not give work even a single more thought today.
Instead, let’s make inventory of the day’s sweetest moments:
ღ Impromptu dance party
We met with my Dad at the building site at the arranged time.
As soon as we got out of our car, we heard music BLASTING of Don Mirro’s soundsystem.
The vibes were so immaculate, we all started dancing, including my Pops who always says he doesn’t dance.
Absolute scenes.
The track that got us moving turned out to be (after quick Shazam) George Michael - Outside.
Proper banger, plus the text hit ekhm ekhm Home
“I’m tired of Home,
Let’s go Outside”
Instant Classic Memory.
ღ Evening Nati cuddle break-in
Just as I was about to write this exact list of day’s awesomeness, a cute nymphette sneaked into my room.
Apparently, she only wanted a goodnight kiss.
30 minutes later we were still lying on the bed, talking nonsense, hugging, doing all that we loved doing in the past but somehow lost in recent years.
I’m so happy about the shape of our relationship right now.
It feels like renaissance.
Lov ya, wifey!
ღ Sleigh ridin part 2
My little Elf +Park (the one) + sleighs + fabulous winter weather = all good
